Stripe reserves the right to use servers in the USA for processing transactions. Data transfers to the USA are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission.

6. Web Hosting via Hetzner
Our website and server infrastructure for hosting customers are hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
When you visit our website or use our services, various server log files including IP addresses are recorded on Hetzner's servers. The use of Hetzner is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring the most reliable presentation and operation of our infrastructure.
To ensure data processing complies with privacy standards, we have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with Hetzner Online GmbH.
